SPEC Head quarter in Houston Texas, is the licensed oil -field operator for SPEC Exploration and Production segment. We are seeking to grow our operated well count, primarily reactivating existing wells. We will utilize our in-house capabilities in Houston to bring otherwise non-commercial wells back into production.
