SPEC Exploration and Production is a wholly owned Division within the SPEC Group of Companies. This division covers the entire range of activities from Exploration to Production. Our innovative approach provides the effective use of technology for the exploration, drilling and extraction phases. SPEC team works extensively in the extremely difficult and changing landscape to discover new resources and meet the growing demand for energy.

The Exploration and Production Division was formed to take advantage of the SPEC Group’s extensive exposure to contacts and opportunities in the upstream sector worldwide. SPEC established an organization to seek and operate mid-size onshore projects in the US and internationally.

A small step from directly operating oil and gas fields under O&M contracts in Iraq and Nigeria to owning and operating on our own. We are having our own operating license in Texas, SPEC E&P will springboard from our US operating experience into direct equity participation internationally.

For more than two decades we have been involved in upstream sector, primarily in EPCC market working for big companies like OMV, DNO, Hunt and many more and for smaller private, public and state companies. Our unrivalled service provides the high quality of testing, expertise, specialist knowledge, manpower, training and consultancy to meet all the challenges of the oil and gas industry and these same skills will be applied to the E&P sector, creating unique opportunities that are not available to other E&P companies.

Being vertically integrated, SPEC performs engineering, design, project management, procurement, manufacturing and construction services utilizing in-house expertise for a range of big and small projects. This same expertise is being applied to exploration and production opportunities, giving SPEC competitive advantages and making us a partner of choice in E&P joint ventures.
