SPEC Exploration & Production Unit was formed to focus on the upstream sector whilst leveraging our extensive experience operating EPCC projects worldwide.

We have participated in international license rounds and M&A bidding processes in Romania, Tunisia, Pakistan, Sudan, and Yemen and evaluated several opportunities in former CIS, Egypt, and elsewhere.

At initial stage, SPEC looks for existing fields where we believe we can leverage our engineering and fabrication expertise in order to effectively enhance the production and utilization of resources, mainly in the recovery or utilization of flared gas, condensate, and LPG.

We seek near-field exploration opportunities in challenging environments where our experience and network enable us to move rapidly in evaluating and exploring lower-risk prospects.

We consider higher-risk green-field exploration where longer-term potential matches the commercial ambitions in the region

We are a licensed operator in the State of Texas, USA. SPEC E&P is developing a portfolio of up to 100 operated wells in the United States.
